TDCG offers tailored administrative services to foundations and “Friends of” organizations. For foundations, we provide comprehensive grantee evaluations, bringing to this both decades of first-hand experience working with and in nonprofits and analytical capabilities.  TDCG also provides administrative support for new, family and smaller foundations, setting up and managing systems for grant evaluation and grantmaking.  

For “Friends of” organizations, we work from set-up through ongoing involvement.  Interim and longer-term, we manage prospect/donor identification and cultivation, special events, strategic plans and organizational development.  

We also conduct search for executive and fundraising leadership and transitional management during the search process. Our team has hands-on experience with British and  Eastern and Western European “Friends of” charities.
